This is a Business Services Organisation (BSO) Data Protection Complaint Form. The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 requires data controllers to have a data protection complaints process. The data controller’s new obligations in respect of complaints are set out in section 164A Data Protection Act 2018. Individuals must have a clear and accessible means of submitting a data protection complaint (DP complaints) The default approach to this is via a dedicated electronic DP complaints form.
