Please note:
* Paper claims must be received by 12 noon on the day of the deadline. The deadline for paper claims will be as outlined in the table below unless you are advised otherwise by BSO.
** OCS claims can be submitted until 12 midnight on the day of the deadline. The deadline for OCS claims is a provisional date only. These dates can and will fluctuate depending on business needs, therefore BSO strongly advises that all OCS claims should be submitted on a daily basis and not left until the end of the month for submission.
