The Mid-Tier Contract – GOV.UK
IMPORTANT: THE MID-TIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND THE SUPPLY OF GOODS. WHERE THE CONTRACT INVOLVES THE PURCHASE OF GOODS, THE RIDER CLAUSE SHALL ALSO APPLY, AND TOGETHER WITH THE MID-TIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SHALL CONSTITUTE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT.
