Workforce Information & Organisational Management

The Organisational Management and Workforce Information Team are responsible for the provision, maintenance and security of workforce information held on the HRPTS system.  We are also responsible for the maintenance of BSO’s organisational management structure and ensure that all staff have the correct line management structures.  Other Organisational Management Services include:

  • Setting up new access to employee self-service portal
  • Security and Authorisations including Password Resets
  • Licence and Roles reviews
  • Creating new positions, position changes relating to location, line manager and cost centre
  • Staff in post updates

The team would also provide the following in relation to workforce information:

  • Corporate workforce information to include headcount and sickness absence information
  • Contribute to workforce planning
  • Monthly reports to BSO SMT
  • Statutory Reports and Business Surveys
  • Ad hoc requests for information – this will be provided in line with information governance procedures
  • FOI’s, Assembly Questions
  • Equality Information

The team also work collaboratively with other similar teams across the HSC to share knowledge and ensure consistency in our work processes to help improve our systems and processes.
