Any queries in relation to GMS (GP) payments should be reported to the BSO GP Payments team as normal. This includes:

  • Submitting payment claims
  • Querying the status of payment claims
  • Viewing or querying topsheets / payment summaries / payment schedules

Help with technical issues on HSC networked PC

Any technical issues regarding your HSC networked PC should be logged as an Infra call with the BSO IT Service Desk by emailing supportteam@hscni.net or by phone at 028 9536 2400. These calls will be directed to the GMS ICT Support team for resolution.

 


Help with accessing the FPPS GP Portal

Please contact the eBusiness team if you require assistance with:

  • Accessing the FPPS GP portal or FPPS GP Payments
  • Usernames or passwords for FPPS GP Payments

The eBusiness team will not be able to assist with issues handled by the BSO GP Payments team.
