Health Service Complaints

If you have a complaint about Health Service ophthalmic treatment, it should (when possible) be raised directly as soon as possible with the optician who provided the treatment to facilitate a rapid resolution. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint or would prefer to report it directly to someone not involved with the optician concerned, you can report it to The Strategic Planning and Performance Group.
