Recently, staff from Business Services Organisation attended Learning Technologies, a showcase of organisational learning and the technology used to support learning at work.
Keith Bailey (Principal Digital Consultant, BSO Leadership Centre) & Vikki Thompson (Organisational Development Manager, BSO Human Resources) attended from BSO.
They were invited to join Civica in hosting a seminar to delegates outlining Key Steps for a Successful Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation, reflecting on the recent implementation of LearnHSCNI.
LearnHSCNI provides staff with easy access to a wide range of digital, classroom & blended learning. The modern and intuitive system has been a welcomed system in supporting our staff learning needs and promoting the opportunity for self-directed learning.
It was a great event, providing a lot of thought-provoking ideas in meeting the training needs of a multi-generational workforce and how we can utilise LearnHSCNI to support our staff.
