HSC Graduate Management Scheme – Information Sessions

Northern Ireland’s Health and Social Care system is on the lookout for ambitious graduates ready to make a real difference. The HSC Graduate Training Scheme isn’t just a job, it’s a recognised and established launchpad for tomorrow’s leaders in one of the most vital sectors of our society.

The Business Services Organisation (BSO) Leadership Centre are about to commence recruitment for the Scheme on 23 January 2026 for a September start. The Leadership Conference are running virtual information sessions on the following dates:
