equip is one of the largest digital transformation programmes ever undertaken in Northern Ireland. As part of this major change, the current HR, Payroll & Travel (HRPTS) and Finance, Procurement & Logistics (FPL) systems in HSC, will be replaced with a single, cloud-based, Oracle solution.
With two key Go-Live phases planned, Finance and PaLS functions will be introduced first, followed by HR and Payroll. The programme will bring new and improved ways of working for staff across Health and Social Care, with more significant changes for colleagues working in Finance, HR, Payroll and PaLS.
Supporting staff throughout this transformation is Claire, our Business Change Lead for Finance. Claire has been a member of the equip Programme Team in Business Services Organisation (BSO) for the past two years and plays a key role in preparing colleagues for change. She is instrumental in helping HSC staff understand what to expect and ensuring they have the support they need every step of the way.
