Business Services Organisation (BSO) are proud to deliver its Annual Quality Report.
In advance of World Quality Day BSO are proud to be publishing the BSO’s 2023-24 Annual Quality Report which reflects its commitment to the Department of Health’s “Quality 2020” strategy, focused on enhancing standards in Health and Social Care (HSC) across Northern Ireland.
Key achievements for BSO include launching a Customer Engagement Strategy to strengthen feedback, piloting a new service-level agreement (SLA) process, implementing a three-year People Strategy for a supportive, mental health focused workplace, and modernising service delivery through digital platforms like LearnHSCNI and the encompass system for real-time patient data.
Major initiatives, including digital transformation programs (NIPACS+, CoreLIMS), a move towards paperless operations and investment in specialised training to ensure BSO meets evolving service demands, underscores the organisations dedication to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Looking to 2025, BSO will continue to enhance customer engagement, workforce modernisation, and digital solutions, reinforcing its role in delivering high-quality services across the HSC.
