Throughout June, Business Services Organisation (BSO) colleagues attended key recruitment events, promoting careers within the organisation and connecting with a wide pool of local talent.
On Tuesday 2 June, representatives from encompass, Human Resources (HR), and Procurement and Logistics (PaLS) attended the NI Graduate Recruitment Fair at Ulster University. The team engaged with students and recent graduates at the start of their career journey, showcasing the wide range of roles across BSO and highlighting clear career pathways, development opportunities, and the benefits of working within BSO.
This was followed by attendance at the Belfast Jobs Fair on Wednesday 24 June at St George’s Market. The event attracted a large and diverse audience of jobseekers across all levels of experience. Representatives from PaLS and HR engaged directly with attendees, providing valuable insight into current vacancies, entry routes into BSO, and the services we deliver.
Both events generated strong interest, with many attendees’ keen to learn more about joining BSO and exploring potential career opportunities.
Our continued presence at events like these enables us to actively promote live vacancies, connect directly with prospective candidates, and build interest in careers within the organisation.
