The BSO Blood Drive on Tuesday 10th December was a great success!
Following the success of our initial blood drive in July, we are happy to announce that our second session was even more successful.
On the day we had 80 people attend and a massive 67 blood donations collected. Each donation can save up to three lives, meaning your donations could potentially save nearly 201 lives!
A fantastic achievement, thank you!
We would like to thank all BSO, ALB and James House staff who volunteered to donate at James House on the day.
The day was organised by the BPaT Project Team and facilitated by @Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion (NIBTS). Further support and promotion were provided by BSO ITS and BSO Communications and Engagement Team.
The day was a huge success and we look forward to welcoming everyone again at a future blood donation session.
