This week, the Business Services Organisation Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the BSO Board met at our Procurement and Logistics (PaLS) headquarters on Boucher Road, Belfast.
This was an opportunity for our new Board members to meet some of the PaLS Team, followed by the opportunity for a tour of the warehouse.
Jonathon Semple (Assistant Director, PaLS) took the group around the warehouse and explained the distribution cycle from intake to dispatch and the order fulfilment process to HSC customers across Northern Ireland.
It was a great morning and a chance to see, in action, just some of the vast services PaLS offer to the HSC. It was also an occasion for our Board to meet the team and ask questions.
