Business Services Organisation (BSO) Leadership Centre wish to congratulate all 34 Leading Social Work attendees who completed the newly PIP approved program, Leading Social Work-Stronger Together on Wednesday 12 June in the Tullyglass Hotel. The program is designed to equip Social Work leaders at Band 8A-B with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles. The current cohorts commenced in October 2023, engaging in a residential, 4 taught modules, action learning sets, insight visits and one-to-one coaching to achieve 3 requirements of the NI Leadership and Strategic Award in Social Work. Leading Social Work marks the first NI Social Work program to map all content and assessment to the new social work leadership Framework (#DoH 2023) reinforcing it as the flagship social work leadership program for NI Social Workers.
