Business Services Organisation Leadership Centre was delighted to host Professor Ray Jones at a recent alumni event for the regional leading Social Work ‘Stronger Together’ Program. Professor Ray Jones recently conducted the Independent Review of Children’s Social Care Services in Northern Ireland in 2023. The evening event enabled attendees of the 22/23 program to reconnect, network, reflect and hear updates since they completed the program in June 2023.
Ray shared valuable insights from his own leadership journey and challenging perspectives on what makes effective leadership. His warm, relatable and highly informative approach made for a productive and enjoyable evening!
