This updated Strategy emphasises Business Services Organisation’s (BSO) commitment to proactive risk management, ensuring the organisation remain resilient, responsive and well equipped to support their corporate objectives.
Areas for Focus
✔ Integrated Approach – to support colleagues in embedding risk management at all levels
✔ Strong Governance – Clearer roles, responsibilities, and oversight to ensure accountability.
✔ BSO Risk Culture – Encouraging an open and proactive approach to understanding, identifying and managing risks.
✔ Risk Reporting – Improving the reporting of risks through the use of risk management software
What does means for staff?
Risk management is everyone’s responsibility. Staff engagement is key to ensuring that identifying and mitigating risk remains part of their day-to-day operations.
