Applications are now open for the Business Services Organisation (BSO) Undergraduate Placement Scheme.
We’re offering exciting student placement opportunities across a range of service areas, giving you the chance to build real experience, grow your skills, and make a meaningful impact.
These placements offer a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic learning, collaborate with experienced professionals, and build confidence in a real world environment.

Open to Students currently enrolled in a Undergraduate Degree course, with a passion for learning and a desire to gain practical work experience.

To learn more about the scheme, meet Patrick Black, former ITS Placement Student through the BSO Undergraduate Placement Scheme.
Patrick completed his Undergraduate Placement year (2025 -2026) with Business Services Organisation (BSO) where he worked as an ITS Placement Student within the ITS Security Team.
During his time with BSO, he gained valuable experience working in a real-world environment and enjoyed the variety of tasks involved in supporting not only BSO but also the wider Health and Social Care (HSC).
Patrick made a difference by providing daily support to HSC users and stakeholders, playing a key role in maintaining the security of the HSC network.
