A massive congratulations to all our colleagues in the Directorate of Digital who won at the Belfast Telegraph IT Awards on Friday 14 November.
The encompass programme team achieved a landmark moment in Northern Ireland’s digital health journey, taking home two major awards:
Public Sector IT Project of the Year as well as IT Project of the Year.
BSO ITS received highly commended for Best Place to Work in IT (over 100 employees)
These awards highlight the scale and complexity of the encompass programme, which involved thousands of staff, extensive training and the integration of multiple legacy systems into one modern platform.
A testament to the collaboration and innovation driving Northern Ireland’s health and Social Care services forward.
BSO was shortlisted across a total of six categories at the awards ceremony.
BSO Information Technology Services (ITS) proved for the second year in a row they are a great place to work. Delivering region-wide impact through a people-first culture, clear career pathways, transparent planning, quality training, and wellbeing support – while leading major programmes that enhance safety, access, and outcomes for patients and clients.
