What a night for BSO at the Business Post Public Sector Digital Transformation Awards 2025.
Having been shortlisted across three categories, BSO were awarded two wins at the awards ceremony in Dublin on 16th October 2025.
Congratulations to the NIPACS+ Programme for taking home the HealthTech Innovation of the Year Award.
Praised on the night for driving innovation and demonstrating digital transformation in the healthcare sector, a true reflection of the energy and dedication of this small but mighty team.
The ceremony ended with a bang with BSO’s Niall O’Hagan awarded Digital Leader of the Year in Public Sector.
We are thrilled that Niall, CoreLIMS Programme Manager, has been recognised for his commitment, drive and passion for improving health and wellbeing of NI citizens.
This award celebrates individual excellence and outstanding leadership in driving digital transformation within the public sector.
Niall played a crucial role in leading Northern Ireland’s digital laboratory transformation journey. A visionary leader with a gift to motivate and empower teams, he is a true Digital Leader.
