This afternoon, the Business Services Organisation Leadership Centre welcomed Mr. Peter May, Permanent Secretary at the Department of Health NI, to learn more about the Graduate Trainee Scheme. Several of the current Graduate Trainees were in attendance and presented to Mr. May on their key learning over the last 2 years.
Feedback from the trainees was overwhelmingly positive with each of them demonstrating the extensive range of skills and experience they have gained.
They thanked staff at the BSO Leadership Centre and across the HSC for their collective leadership, support and guidance.
Mr. May remarked on the importance of the scheme and how he was potentially amongst the future leaders of HSC in N.I. He then spoke candidly about his own career life and offered the trainees a chance to ask questions.
