On Friday 12th May 2023 a number of Directorate of Legal Services employees joined this year’s Law Society annual 5K Legal Walk/Run joining over 200 people to raise money for their 2023 charity partner Include Youth. This charity has over 40 years of experience in supporting children from disadvantaged backgrounds and those in-or leaving care, giving these young people a voice by focusing on equality, inclusion, opportunity and integrity.
Taking advantage of a glorious spring day, those from DLS who ran and walked 5k helped contribute to the £4400 raised in total which will be used to continue such wonderful services, making a difference to the young service users’ lives.
