To BSO Interpreting Service
Yesterday I was seeking help with three patients that required interpreters.
I phoned your department and spoke once to Emily and twice to Aaron (hopefully I have spelt their names correctly). Throughout these conversations they were extremely professional & were able to offer alternate solutions to assist with my needs. On all three occasions they were able to try to contact the booked interpreter to try & ask them to inform the patient of the appointment changes.
Sadly, in these days, people only email to complain regarding customer interaction, so, I just want to express my thanks to them for helping me with these patients. Can you please pass this on to them?
Again, any time I have had to contact the interpreting service all staff have been exceptional.
