Congratulations to the Business Services Organisation Human Resources – ITS Support team who were shortlisted in the ‘Best Resourcing and Talent Strategy’ category for the CIPD Northern Ireland Awards 2023.
The entry was made to highlight the work the team did in partnership with ITS colleagues to reduce vacancy and agency rate within the Directorate.
