On International Women’s Day/Weekend we wish to celebrate those who are raising the bar and championing the services they manage. The Business Services Organisation are pleased to announce that two inspirational women are finalists in the Women in Business Awards 2026.
• Claire Hamilton (Head of Interpreting Services) has been shortlisted for the Advancing Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award.
• Melissa Cochrane (Head of Programme Delivery in BSO ITS) has been shortlisted for the Transformational Leader of the Year Award.
These awards recognise outstanding women leaders who demonstrate exceptional vision, inspiration and transformational leadership within their organisation.
BSO are proud to have such incredible women making a difference in the organisation and whose commitment has a real impact on healthcare in NI.
