Meet Peter Laverty. Peter has worked at Business Services Organisation (BSO) in our Directorate of People and Place (Human Resources) for 6 years.
18 months ago, Peter was successfully appointed as Assistant Director (HR) in the Directorate of People and Place. He speaks candidly about his role; the challenges, embracing solutions with service improvement and how his senior role enables him to make a significant contribution to the strategic direction of BSO HR. Peter talks extremely highly of his team, and how one of the most rewarding parts of his job is supporting them to grow and develop.
