BSO Leadership Centre Breakfast Seminar 8 Oct 2024
Last week, the BSO Leadership Centre was honoured to welcome guest speaker, Professor Jonathan Van-Tam, KT MBE, to present at their latest breakfast seminar.
There wasn’t an empty seat in the house as Jonathan presented on the subject; ‘Communicating Science in a Political Environment’.
Jonathan spoke candidly about his early life and career, and some of the factors that were incredibly influential in shaping his path to success. Drawing on his wealth of experience, he spoke about the necessary communicating skills for leading in complex and dynamic environments, including the importance of capturing and engaging an audience. His presentation was followed by an informative Q&A and audience discussion.
