You have given the best gift this Christmas by giving blood… Thank you!
On Tuesday 10th December 2024, Business Services Organisation (BSO) in partnership with Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service (NIBTS) hosted a blood donation session in James House in Belfast.
We are happy to announce that the BSO Blood Drive was a great success!
We would like to thank all BSO, ALB and James House staff who donated blood at the blood drive.
On the day, we had 80 attendees and 67 blood donations collected, a huge success.
Each donation can save up to three lives, meaning staff donations could potentially save nearly 200 lives!
A fantastic achievement, thank you to all staff!
We would especially like to thank the 27 first timers who volunteered to donate for the first time.
Thank you to the BPaT Project Team, BSO ITS and BSO Communications and Engagement Team for organising and promoting the donation session.
Finally, thank you to NIBTS and all their team for facilitating the session.
We look forward to welcoming everyone again at a future blood donation session.
