Introducing a new leadership short course to grow your skills and impact as a Strategic Leader in 2026 and beyond! Drive agile adaption by harnessing a strategic mindset, psychological safety, emotional intelligence and boundary-spanning collaboration.
This programme is designed to empower HSCNI leaders with the tools and mindset needed to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change in the ever changing HSCNI landscape.
Through diagnostics, myth busting, hearing from leaders, practical exercises and reflective learning, participants will be able to:
• Develop the mindset and capabilities to think and act strategically.
• Explore values and behaviours that underpin effective strategic leadership.
• Strengthen professional competencies to strategically lead.
• Reflect on your own Strategic Leadership and plan next steps.

• Explain why Strategic Leadership is needed in HSCNI contexts in 2026.
